NEW: Facilities and Maintenance work orders should be submitted via ctstate.edu/work-orders
Information Technology and Classroom Technology (media services) tickets should be submitted via the system wide Help Desk via ServiceNow. After logging into ServiceNow, click "Get Help" to open a support request. Click here for more information on how to use ServiceNow.
